About Shelley Walker

I’m Shelley Walker, and am behind True Fitness 101. My journey towards wellness and empowerment has been shaped by a blend of personal and lived experiences, as well as extensive training. I have walked a difficult path, overcoming sexual abuse trauma, navigating the court system, and living with chronic pain and life-threatening diseases. These challenges taught me the importance of integrating both the mind and body, recognising that true fitness encompasses all aspects of our being.

Through my experiences, I have learned that it takes a team to support the mind and body in achieving harmony. I believe in the power of collaboration and compassion, which is why I approach each individual with absolute integrity and care. My goal is to help you become 'Fit For Life' through True Fitness 101 and Counselling in Movement. Together, we can move beyond mere survival and into a fuller, more vibrant existence.

In our sessions, you will discover that many of the limitations you perceive stem from the past influences on your movements and an imposter. My purpose is to guide you to understand that you are so much more than what you “think” you are. By combining movement and counselling, you’ll gain the insight to feel and know your inner true self and not the imposed imposter.

True Fitness is about knowing, feeling, and moving you. It's about recognising where you are right now—acknowledging that your body and soul have the full capacity to learn how to move in ways that reflect the authentic you, the

Together, we will explore how to live that truth in every step of your life. Through my work, I am dedicated to facilitating personal growth, helping others connect to their inner beauty, and celebrating the importance of purpose at every age.

I believe everyone has the capacity to care for and take responsibility for their own quality of life.

I understand that the body serves as the marker of all truths, revealing insights into one’s wellbeing.

I recognise that merely surviving trauma does not equate to truly living; authenticity involves embracing oneself fully.
