Activation Yoga
We can use force to be fit and hit a certain picture that we want to see, but being truly fit is the body being in its natural flow, activating its natural synchronicity of its true strength and power. Because our systems are dictated by fight or flight we move in the path of least resistance. This path can be a behavior, pattern, compensation whereby certain muscle groups will activate from the base of flight or flight instead of the natural true power muscles for that movement.

Whole-Body Wellness
Counselling and coaching are amazing tools to support us to be well in the mind but to have true wellness we need to also incorporate body wellness. In these sessions we can support the body to surrender and feel what is actually going on and gives you awareness of where your body and mind is at, and how to express from your body. Giving you the best opportunity to heal the trauma, harm and hurt that we have encountered in our lives.

Incidental Life Exercises
As we get older or rebuilding after illness, we can capitalise on our everyday living activities to do a full workout in our own homes. Discovering how hanging out your laundry, making a cuppa and watching tv can get you fit for life and increase your vitality and wellbeing.
